6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers have the right to return products within the legal period (14 days for distance selling in the EU), unless otherwise stated.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition received
Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
